하루인생 (One Day Life)

Privacy Policy for 하루인생 (One Day Life)

Effective date:
May 29, 2026
Provider:
Collet

This privacy policy applies to the 하루인생 (One Day Life) app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Collet (collectively, the "Application"). Collet is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

하루인생 (One Day Life) is an emotional well-being diary that imagines your whole life compressed into a single 24-hour day, helping you reflect on the time you have lived and the moments still ahead. It includes a home-screen widget and an optional daily reminder. The Service Provider has designed the Application to keep your personal reflections private.

Information You Enter Stays on Your Device

The information you record in the Application — including your date of birth and life-expectancy setting, optional nickname, diary entries (text, attached photos, emotion tags, categories, and dates), goals and their progress, and app preferences such as theme and reminder time — is stored locally on your device only. Photos you attach are copied into the Application's private storage on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, sell, or have access to this data. It is not uploaded to any server. Uninstalling the Application, or clearing its data through your device settings, permanently removes this information from your device.

Information Collected by Third-Party Advertising

The Application displays advertisements through Google AdMob. The Application requests non-personalized ads, but to serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may still collect limited information automatically, which may include:

This information is collected and processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy. The Service Provider does not receive your individual diary content through this process; ad-related data is handled by Google as an independent service.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application or its third-party SDKs (such as Google AdMob) may use cookies, SDKs, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or ad delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies, and you can reset or limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.

Notifications

If you enable the daily reminder, the Application schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. This reminder is generated entirely on your device and does not send any of your information to the Service Provider or to any server.

Your Rights

Because the information you enter is stored only on your device, you can access, correct, or delete it directly within the Application or by clearing the app's data. For any personal data that may be processed through third-party advertising services, you may request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, by contacting the Service Provider at bloodturtle@naver.com.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at bloodturtle@naver.com.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider does not transmit your diary content to external services. Only data collected by third-party advertising services, as described above, is processed by those providers. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own privacy policy regarding the handling of data. Below is the link to the privacy policy of the third-party service provider used by the Application:

The Service Provider may disclose information:

International Data Transfers

The third-party advertising service used by the Application may transfer data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate mechanisms will be used:

Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop the local storage of your records by uninstalling the Application, which removes the data held on your device. To limit ad personalization, you can reset or opt out of your device's advertising identifier through your device's privacy settings. To request any action regarding data that may be processed through advertising services, or to withdraw consent, contact the Service Provider at bloodturtle@naver.com.

Data Retention Policy

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.

Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take steps to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (bloodturtle@naver.com) so that the necessary actions can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Because your records remain on your device, their security also depends on the protections you apply to your device, such as a screen lock and operating-system updates. The Service Provider provides appropriate safeguards for any information it processes.

Data Breach Notification

If a data breach occurs that affects personal data processed by the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify affected users in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at bloodturtle@naver.com.

Your Consent

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
